The recruitment of personnel for the development of professional services within the Hotel will be done through its Human Resources Department. Therefore any mediation or intervention by work agencies, recruitment companies and other entities or companies that may offer possible jobs on behalf of the Hotel are excluded and unauthorized; all without prejudice to the right to take as many legal actions as necessary in each case against any such activities.
