Take On Tapas with a Masterclass

Journey through the aromas and flavours of traditional tapas in this one hour masterclass, creating your very own dishes with the expert assistance of one of our in-house chefs. Cover the history of Spain’s most famous culinary delights as you create 5 tapas, including the spicy, salty sensation of padron peppers, gazpacho, tortilla, serranito and the iconic gambas pil pil with smoked paprika. The experience will not only teach you to create your own tapas at home, but it will also introduce you to the best local produce – prawns are sourced from the Mar de Albaran (where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic), extra virgin olive oil from Andalusian groves, fresh garlic from Coin and sherry from nearby Jerez. You will finish your tapas masterclass by sampling your five creations, which will be washed down with a glass or two of local wine.
