GAIA Marbella presents a special evening celebrating one of the world's most celebrated wine estates. Join us for a unique five-course Mediterranean menu paired with Château d'Yquem vintages spanning 1989 to 2023.

Experience raw fish presented three ways with Château d'Yquem 2022, lobster salad paired with "Y" de Château d'Yquem 2023, and harissa tiger prawns accompanied by the 2013 vintage. The evening culminates with artisanal cheeses and the legendary 1989 vintage.

This extraordinary collaboration reveals how these celebrated wines pair beautifully with GAIA's fresh, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. Far beyond traditional dessert pairings, discover fresh seafood and complex cheeses alongside wines described as 'drinkable light'.
