Learn how to make Paella

No dishes better represent the flavours of España than a spicy paella. Ingredients combined, this dish embodies the country’s love of fresh seafood, local produce, spicy paprika and extra virgin olive oil. Take some Spanish flavours home with you by indulging in a cooking class with the assistance of one of our skilled local chefs. Learn about the origins of this traditional dish as you prepare it using authentic local recipes – You can choose between four types: chicken and fish fideua; black rice; rabbit and artichoke or seafood paella.
All olive oil is sourced from Malaga and all herbs and garnishes will be provided fresh from Puente Romano’s garden, ensuring no flavour goes unnoticed. Finish your in-depth masterclass by sampling the tasty paella you have created, paired with a glass of local Spanish wine.
To make it more interesting, you can combine this experience with a Sangria master class.
