Conca del Sogno, for the first time in Spain, arrives with its discreet star appeal and sea-to-table heritage, a unique culinary collaboration that brings the Italian Riviera summer to your table. Head chef Gioacchino Vinaccia and his team bring two generations of Tizzani family culinary know-how to Sea Grill’s lower level and terraces. The menu has signature dishes like courgette with aged Parmesan, linguine with Venus clams and basil, and whole branzino baked in sea salt and presented at the table, while the Sgroppino, lemon sorbet whisked with prosecco, is prepared in a show that’s part theatre, part timeless ritual.
