This Tuesday 2 June, experience an unforgettable gastronomic afternoon at La Plaza, Puente Romano Marbella, with five of the most exciting chefs in the world. Arrive to canapés and a signature cocktail from Bar La Plaza by SIPS, named World's Best Bar. Watch each chef present their most iconic dishes live on stage. Then savour all eight dishes, including two desserts, as a gastronomic lunch at your table, with wine, beers and soft drinks throughout.
Featuring Chefs Nobu Matsuhisa, Izu Ani, Dani García, Yiannis Kioroglou and Albert Adrià. In support of the Spanish Red CrossFive of the most exciting chefs in the world, all on one stage. Only at La Plaza, Puente Romano Marbella. This year's Second Edition has grown to welcome five international chefs.
Each chef will present and prepare some of their most iconic dishes. This is world-class cooking up close and personal.
Joining us will be Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, renowned for his Nobu style Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients; Chef Izu Ani, the British-Nigerian chef credited with pioneering Dubai's modern dining scene, whose GAIA restaurants have earned a devoted international following; and Chef Dani García, the only chef in Andalusia to have been awarded three Michelin stars, whose bold cooking has made him one of Spain's most influential chefs.
Making their Culinary Icons debut are Chef Yiannis Kioroglou, who leads the kitchens of La Petite Maison on the French Riviera, and Chef Albert Adrià, whose Enigma in Barcelona is on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list and whose peers voted him the 2025 Chefs' Choice Award winner. Adrià will close the showcase with dessert, returning to his pastry chef roots where his remarkable career began at the legendary El Bulli.
Following the showcase, savour each dish at your table, prepared by the teams behind Nobu Marbella, GAIA Marbella, Leña Marbella and the recently opened La Petite Maison Marbella.
Guests of Culinary Icons: Second Edition will also enjoy a welcome signature cocktail from SIPS Barcelona, which has a three-month residency at Bar La Plaza. Named World's Best Bar in 2023 by The World's 50 Best Bars, SIPS is Best Bar in Europe three years running and ranked No. 3 in the world in the most recent edition.
