It begins with a short visit and introduction to the different crafts of artisanal fishing and organic aquaculture in Andalusia by the hand of a professional seafaring guide. After this first dive, you will embark to navigate to the fishing grounds, where you will find the marine farm where the Zamburiñas, Oysters and Organic Scallops are grown. Palöu Helder, agronomist and producer, will tell you all about organic farming, you will learn the main characteristics of these molluscs and how to differentiate them. Then there will be a tasting of these delicacies of the sea accompanied by artisanal, organic wine with designation of origin of the winery Nilva. You will continue sailing through the bay of Estepona, to enjoy the sea and the views of our coast. There are many occasions in which dolphins accompany and, in summer is the season of the Flying Fish, a curious specimen that you can see while sailing.
