La Bodega Bar
Each evening, the signature cellar of Puente Romano Marbella comes alive in our Mediterranean garden. This elegant open-air garden bar offers collectible wines such as Vega Sicilia Único Gran Reserva, by the glass, the carafe or the bottle, with a plate of oysters on ice, Beluga caviar or cured Wagyu, as the sun goes down.
Or make a night of it, exploring further with a Château Lafite Rothschild, a Dom Pérignon or a Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, poured by our sommeliers from our award-winning collection.
End your gastronomic evening with the finest spirits, a Yamazaki or Hibiki Japanese whisky, a rare Macallan from Scotland, a Clase Azul or Don Julio 1942. And to finish, a Montecristo or Cohiba savoured under the stars.

The Evening
Begin with champagne and canapés at La Bodega Bar. Then dinner surrounded by the collection of our signature wine cellar. Our sommeliers present each wine, paired with dishes including king crab with Oscietra caviar and braised pigeon with níscalos.

Signature Wine Bodega
Our purpose-built wine cellar is meticulously designed for optimal temperature and humidity, housing exclusive verticals of sought-after Spanish wines together with extraordinary vintages from around the globe. Guests can savour rare finds, including a 100-year-old Montilla-Moriles fortified wine from Andalucía, Spanish collectibles including López de Heredia Viña Tondonia Gran Reserva Tinto 1947 and Vega Sicilia Único 1964, and opulent French wines including Ermitage Cuvee Cathelin Jean Louis Chave 1990 and legendary Bordeaux including Petrus 1989. The cellar serves as an intimate backdrop for gatherings and tastings, making every visit extraordinary.
The red wine collection, our largest, showcases sought-after international vintages alongside over 50% Spanish wines, where we source directly from esteemed wineries like Vega Sicilia, Pingus, and Viña Tondonia. We mature these wines in our own cellar, controlling the storage and traceability of each bottle.
Our library of whites and rosés include exceptional examples from Spain, France, and Germany, while our sparkling collection features cuvées from the finest Champagne houses.

Each year we add to our exclusive collection, building verticals of the most prized wines. Our wine aging initiative partners with some of the most prestigious Spanish wineries: Álvaro Palacios, Belondrade, Comando G, Dominio de Pingus, Dominio del Águila, López de Heredia, Marqués de Murrieta, Mauro, Rafael Palacios, Vega Sicilia, Zárate. Selected cuvées mature in our temperature-controlled cellars for 3-5 years before limited release, allowing guests to experience perfectly aged vintages and rare verticals. This multi-generational commitment ensures impeccable provenance, preserves each bottle's unique character, and guarantees our cellars will continue to offer exceptional wines for decades to come.
