Chambao takes its name from the traditional improvised beach shelters where people meet for good food, conversation, and spontaneous, joyous moments together. We've captured this essence at our beach and pool club with refined food and drinks, warm service, and an easy-going approach.
Throughout the day, find yourself beneath wooden pergolas at sun-dappled tables, or simply settle into your daybed as the menu comes to you. Daily fresh catches are presented in a traditional fisherman's basket, letting you choose your fish and preparation. When evening beckons, discover our cocktail menu, with its fresh twist on the classics, like the SeaSide Cosmopolitan or Sherry Mary with local fino wine.
