Chambao
On the Mediterranean shores of the Golden Mile, five minutes from the resort, Chambao Marbella is a boutique Andalusian beach and pool club where days begin by the pool, lead into long lunches and barefoot afternoons overlooking the water.
Chambao is evocative of the traditional, improvised beach shelters where Andalusians have always gathered to share great food, the best company and the simple joy of being together by the sea. Chambao Marbella embodies that spirit with a refined international menu and the generous hospitality of Southern Spain.
Anchor yourself to a sea-facing daybed, before taking a sun-dappled table beneath the bougainvillea-covered pergolas. Start with a signature cocktail, including the Marga-Grita, made with tequila and local Palo Cortado sherry. Then the daily catch arrives in a traditional fisherman's basket, so you can pick your fish and the way it's cooked. The menu includes daily specials, alongside Almadraba tuna tartare from bluefin caught off the Cádiz coast, local classics like tortillitas de camarones served hot from the pan, and signature dishes like orzo with carabineros, lobster or Galician chuletón.
