Sea Grill is the culinary heart of Puente Romano Marbella. An intimate, refined restaurant where the culture of fishing and farming in Andalusia is at the centre of everything we do.
Every dish begins long before it reaches our kitchen, with the first boats leaving port and the first seeds planted. Behind every plate is a close-knit family of fishermen and farmers, and our deep respect for the origin of every ingredient, like the wild seabass and langoustines straight from the boats, wild asparagus from Antonio in Sierra de Yeguas, rare tomatoes from Emilio in Coín picked that morning, baby peas from Domingo grown in our own organic farm, and wild aromatic herbs that define the flavours of our coast.
At the marble seafood bar, the day's finest catch is displayed on ice. Chef Leonardo Ferchero and his team guide you through what is at its best, and you choose how it is prepared in the open kitchen, whether grilled over charcoal, baked in a salt crust, fried in the Andalusian tradition, or served as crudo. The same is true of our meats, with every selected and aged cut reflecting generations of expertise from the pastures of Spain. Dishes are finished and carved at your table. From the sea and the land to you, there is one continuous thread of care.
Sea Grill holds two consecutive Wine Spectator awards, and this year the cellar grows even further. Your sommelier is there to find exactly the right one for your dish, whether from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Pétrus, and Château Margaux, or from Vega Sicilia and Salon Cuvée S champagne.
