Step through the noren and you enter the culinary world of PurOsushi, where you have two ways to experience the handcrafted Japanese cuisine; the Lounge, for à la carte sushi and small plates, and the Counter, where the chef creates a classic omakase menu.
The Lounge
Warmly lit and relaxed. Order seasonal sushi, small plates, signature handcrafted miso broths, and omakase favourites in an à la carte format. Perfect for an evening with friends, or an intimate dinner for two.
The Counter
Fourteen seats at the architectural bar, for omakase dining with a sense of occasion. The chef is before you, preparing and offering the Omakase Classic Menu, course by course, based on the finest ingredients each day. If you have allergies or preferences, simply tell the chef.
Enjoy cocktails to begin, and choose sake, wine, or champagne to complement each course.

Baby local shrimp and scallops, coastal greens with japanese dressing.
Atlantic mackerel kobujime
Mackerel cured and marinated in kombu.
Tuna belly tataki
Lightly seared over the grill, thinly sliced, with tomato ponzu.
Bonito tataki
Charcoal-grilled bonito with citrus ponzú.
Spice tuna
Marinated tuna loin cuts with cured egg yolk.
Squid and sea urchin
Squid sashimi with sea urchin sauce.
Neo sashimi
Assorted fish of the day in cured egg yolk sauce.
Salmon oyako zukuri
Salmon sashimi with marinated egg yolk and salmon roe.
