PurOsushi offers a refined gastronomic ceremony where fourteen guests experience authentic Japanese cuisine, seated at the striking omakase counter. Skilled chefs work with precision directly before you, creating dishes from the finest ingredients available.

Dining is omakase style, so the evening unfolds according to the chef's selection, the day's catch, and what we trust will delight you. The omakase approach places the dining experience in the hands of the chefs. There is no à la carte menu, instead each dish arrives in a thoughtful sequence based on seasonal availability and culinary expertise.

PurOsushi offers three distinct omakase options:

Essential Menu - Eleven carefully crafted selections including a Zensai starter, seven nigiris, miso soup, sashimi/chirasi, and ending with a handcrafted Mochi

Omakase Menu - Eighteen courses featuring a bento box starter, nine nigiris, sashimi, makis, a robata course, and a final sweet note.

Kiwami Menu - Twelve refined courses beginning with toro tartare and caviar temaki, followed by nine exclusive nigiris, caviar, wagyu, and the finest daily cuts.

There are cocktails to begin the evening, while sake, wine, and champagne may complement each course throughout the meal. Each pairing is selected to enhance the flavours presented at the counter.
