Sea Grill
A new chapter for our signature restaurant
Sea Grill is the culinary heart of Puente Romano Marbella. After a complete transformation, it is now a more intimate experience. The beautiful new restaurant, decorated with hand-painted ceramic tiles, and featuring a new bar handcrafted from walnut, is anchored around you and your preferences. Choose your fish at the table or have your Chateaubriand carved beside you.
Every morning, before the first table is set, the day’s menu begins to take shape as the produce arrives. Wild seabass and langoustines from the morning boats. Wild asparagus from Antonio in Sierra de Yeguas. Rare tomatoes from Emilio in Coín, picked that morning. Baby peas from Domingo, grown in our own organic farm.
Our chefs guide you through the finest of the day, and you choose how your catch is cooked in the open kitchen. Grilled over charcoal, baked in a salt crust, fried in the Andalusian tradition, or served as crudo. Every plate reflects the instinctive talent of Chef Leonardo Ferchero, who builds each menu around what the sea and the season provide.
Sea Grill holds two consecutive Wine Spectator awards, and this year the cellar grows even further, from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Pétrus, and Château Margaux, to Vega Sicilia, and Salon Cuvée S champagne. Your sommelier is there to find exactly the right one for your dish.
It’s time to rediscover Sea Grill, where the sea, the land and the season inspire every plate.
