Bar La Plaza by SIPS
The World's Best Bar is here this summer.
The celebrated Drinkery House SIPS Barcelona is in residency at Bar La Plaza, the summer's cocktail destination. Be the first to enjoy two cocktails exclusively created for the residency. A spicy Bloody Berry and a Paloma Santoni Spritz, both with a Mediterranean soul. Savour too the cocktails that earned Drinkery House SIPS Barcelona its place at the top, like the signature Espresso Martini finished with pineapple air. A Maple Wood Old Fashioned built on Andalusian oloroso sherry and tonka bean. A Bloom Collins shaped by osmanthus, elderflower and milky oolong tea. SIPS has been named The World's Best Bar in 2023, ranked among the top three every year since 2022, and Best Bar in Europe three years running.
SIPS is the work of Marc Álvarez and Simone Caporale. Simone, named Industry Icon by World's 50 Best Bars 2025, leads this residency at the heart of Puente Romano Marbella.
