Bar La Plaza by SIPS
Toast summer with a spicy Bloody Berry or a Paloma Santoni Spritz, two soulful Mediterranean cocktails uniquely created for the season at Bar La Plaza by SIPS. Yes, Drinkery House SIPS Barcelona, voted The World's Best Bar in 2023 and Best Bar in Europe three years running, is in residence at our resort!
Experience the 'haute couture' cocktails designed by Marc Álvarez and Simone Caporale that earned SIPS its place at the top, each prepared with otherworldly attention to detail. Simone, named Industry Icon at World's 50 Best Bars 2025, is leading the pop-up in person.
Your Summer of Sport
From 18 to 20 June, the glittering Reserve Cup returns to Puente Romano Tennis Club for its second year running, bringing padel's biggest names back to our resort. Expect a fan zone, an electric atmosphere, and unmissable matches.
If you're feeling inspired, eight floodlit glass padel courts are yours to play, and our clay tennis courts are where John McEnroe and Novak Djokovic have played, and where top tournaments like the Davis Cup and the ATP Tour have been hosted. Younger guests can join summer camps designed by our Training Academy, while you can dip into personalised training and match play led by coaches who have worked with ATP and WTA players.
